HYSS Service Information
Service description
HYSS is a self-service online platform for monitoring compatible HYSS ground-source heat pump systems.
The service is provided as a self-service solution for system owners and users. No ordinary support or guaranteed response service is included.
Where supported by the installed system, the service may include:
- Monitoring of system status and operating data
- Viewing of system and consumption data
- Adjustment of system parameters
- Adjustment of heating curves
The service is available only for compatible existing HYSS systems.
Pricing
Annual access to the HYSS service costs DKK 975 per year, including VAT.
The service period runs from 1 January to 31 December for the relevant calendar year.
Payment must be made no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice for the current year. If payment is not received within 30 days, the user’s login will be disabled.
Access applies only to the invoiced service year.
Terms & Conditions
The HYSS service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty, guarantee of uptime, uninterrupted availability, or guarantee of future functionality.
Think Smart ApS does not guarantee continuous access to the service or continued availability of any specific feature.
The user is solely responsible for use of the service and for any changes made to system settings, parameters, or heating curves.
If payment is not received within 30 days after invoice, the user’s login will be disabled.
The service is intended solely for use with compatible existing HYSS systems.
Billing and payment
Our order process may be handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle.com is responsible for customer service related to billing and payment transactions.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy
Think Smart ApS processes user account information and system-related information only for the purpose of providing access to and operating the HYSS service.
This may include account details, contact information, login-related information, and technical or system-related data necessary for operation of the service.
Information is not sold to third parties and is not shared except where necessary for payment processing, legal compliance, or operation of the service.
Where payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, relevant billing and payment information may also be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
